Jak jistě víte Winx bojovali proti mnoha nepřátelům a tady nějaké vypíšu.
Trix
Trix jsou tři zlé čarodějky z Mračné věže(škola pro čarodějky). Když je slečna Grifin(ředitelka Mračné věže) vyloučila ze školy, dělaly Winx ještě větší potíže. Celou dobu se snažily získat Bloomin Dračí oheň, aby se staly mocnými čarodějkami, ale nikdy se jim to nepovedlo.
Čarodějky Trix jsou tři a to: Ici(čarodějka ledu), Darcy(čarodějka přeměn) a Stormy(čarodějka bouře).
Lord Darkar
Lord Darkar byl dalším nepřítelem Magické Dimenze. Říkalo se mu také Temný Pán. S Darkarem pracovali Trix, když je Darkar vysvobodil z kláštera Lajtrok, kde se napravovali lidé. Trix zskaly větší moc než doposud. Darkar zbíral kodex, který měl 4 části. Pokud je Darkar nazbírá všechny a aktivuje kodex stane se nejsilnějším kouzelníkem všech dob.Trix mu získaly všechny části kodexu, ale k otevření temné brány potřeboval Bloom. A tak do Afie poslal učitele, který byl falešný a ten pak Bloom očaroval a unesl. Bloom se stala Temnou Bloom a tak pod kouzlem dala Darkarovi čtvrtou část kodexu. Darkar otevřel temnou bránu a Trix podvedl a poslal do prázdnoty. Ostatní winx a specialisté však Bloom zachránily včas a porazili Darkara.
Valtor
Dalším nepřítelem Magické Dimenze je Valtor. Valtor je zlý kouzelník co touží získat vládu nad celou Magickou Dimenzí. Zachránil Trix z prázdnoty a ty mu teď slouží. Valtor málem zničil Andros - Laylynu rodnou zem. Valtor získával tajná kouzla z různých koutů Magické Dimenze a pak země ničil. Winx mu v tom, ale naštěstí zabránily.
Kouzelníci Černého Kruhu
Kouzelníci Černého kruhu se oběvily v epizodě Love a Pet, když se scháněly po poslední víle na Zemi. Kouzelníci Černého Kruhu už od nedávna chytali Pozemské víly a brali jim křídla. Pochytali všechny víly na Zemi. Ale jedna byla ještě moc malá a zatím se neprojevila. To byla Roxy. Když se winx doslechli, že je naděje jak kouzelníky porazit s Faragondiným posláním se vydaly na Zemi. Zjistili, že když na ně lidé uvěří kouzelníkům moc slábne. Nakonec na Zem vrátili kouzla a kouzelníky porazili.
